Shared sessions provide a communal vibe where you can gain social interaction and support, while also working on your physical fitness. And, by attending shared sessions, our clients also save, through sharing the time of our qualified staff.

All of our sessions are fully supervised. Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists and Allied Health Assistants will supervise and support you to achieve your program.
